Hi, I'm Dmitriy.
Less busywork. More business.

Free 30-minute call. No obligation, no jargon.

Questions business owners ask me
These come up on almost every first call. If yours isn't here, ask it on ours.
I keep hearing I should be using AI. Where do I even start?
Start with a free 30-minute call about how your day actually goes.
We walk through one week: where customers come in, what you type twice, what you dread on Friday afternoons. I'll point to the one or two spots where a tool would save the most time. We fix those first, you see the result, and then you decide whether to do more.
My inbox eats two hours of every morning, and some emails sit for days.
An assistant can read each email as it arrives, sort it by urgency and draft the routine replies.
The ones that need you go to the top. Order confirmations and newsletters get filed away. Common questions get a draft reply you can send with one click.
We miss calls when we're busy with customers, and every missed call is lost business.
An AI receptionist can pick up when you can't, day or night.
It answers in a natural voice, handles the common questions, books appointments straight into your calendar and texts you anything urgent. You get a written summary of every call.
People ask the same ten questions on our website and Facebook page all day.
A chat assistant trained on your own information can answer them instantly.
It knows your prices, hours, services and policies, books appointments and hands the conversation to you when someone needs a real person. It only says what you've approved.
I type the same information into three different programs. Can they talk to each other?
Usually, yes. I connect the tools you already use so information moves on its own.
A new order on your website can create the customer record, the invoice and the calendar entry without anyone retyping it. You keep the software you know. It just stops needing you in the middle.
Quotes, invoices, follow-ups. I redo the same paperwork every single week.
If you do it roughly the same way each time, it can almost certainly be drafted for you.
Instead of starting from a blank page, you open a finished draft, check it and hit send. Nothing goes out without your OK.
I need more customers, but I don't have time for marketing.
Two things help: finding the right prospects for you, and drafting your posts and emails in your voice.
One tool builds a list of businesses or people who match your best customers and adds them to your contacts. Another drafts your newsletter, social posts and website articles each week for you to review and approve.
Have a different question? Send it to me and I'll answer it personally.
What I set up
Each one works with the tools you already have: your email, phone line, calendar, website and accounting software.
- Email sorting and reply drafts
- Your inbox sorted by what needs you today, with routine replies already written.
- AI phone receptionist
- Answers missed and after-hours calls, books appointments and texts you what's urgent.
- Website and social chat assistant
- Answers common questions around the clock and hands real conversations to you.
- Connecting your apps
- Orders, contacts and appointments flow between programs without retyping.
- Paperwork on autopilot
- Quotes, invoices, reminders and follow-ups drafted and waiting for your OK.
- Finding new customers
- A steady list of prospects who look like your best customers, ready to contact.
- Marketing drafts in your voice
- Newsletters, social posts and articles written each week for you to approve.
- Something else that eats your time
- If it's repetitive and done on a computer, let's talk about it.
How much time could you get back?
Move the sliders to match your business. This is a rough estimate, not a promise: it assumes about half of your repetitive work can be handed off, which is typical but varies.
How we'd work together
-
A free 30-minute conversation
You tell me how your week goes. I listen for what's repetitive and tell you honestly what's worth automating and what isn't. You get a written quote afterwards.
-
Built in small steps you can see
I set up one piece at a time and test it on your real emails, calls and paperwork before it goes live. Small automations take days; bigger ones a few weeks.
-
Kept running as you grow
I show you and your team how to use it, keep an eye on it, and adjust it as your business changes. You can always reach me directly.
The person you'll be working with
I'm Dmitriy Ivanovskiy. I've spent more than ten years in tech, first as a software engineer building systems, then as a project manager making sure projects landed on time and that everyone, technical or not, understood what was happening and why.
Now I bring both halves to small and medium-sized businesses. I build the tools myself, and I explain them the way I'd want them explained to me: plainly, without the buzzwords.
- Plain English, always. If I can't explain it simply, I shouldn't be building it.
- You deal with me. No account managers or hand-offs. The person on the first call is the one doing the work.
- Start small. We automate one thing, you see it working, then you decide what's next.
- You stay in control. Anything that goes out to customers can wait for your approval.
Common questions
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use email and a smartphone, you can use what I set up. I handle the technical side and show you and your team exactly what to do, in plain language.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted individually, because a small inbox helper and a full phone receptionist are very different jobs. After our free call, you get a written quote with a fixed scope, so there are no surprises.
How long does it take?
Small automations are often ready within days. Larger projects usually take a few weeks. You'll get a clear timeline with your quote.
Will I have to switch software?
Usually not. I work with what you already use, like Gmail or Outlook, QuickBooks, Square, your calendar and your website. If something truly needs changing, I'll explain why before we do anything.
What happens if something breaks?
You contact me directly. I can also keep an eye on everything through an optional monthly support plan, so problems get caught and fixed before they reach your customers.
Is my business and customer data safe?
Your data is used only to do the work you've asked for, and access is limited to what each tool needs. I'm happy to sign an NDA before we look at anything sensitive.
Do you only work with businesses near Rockville?
No. I'm glad to meet in person around Rockville and the DC area, and I work remotely with businesses anywhere in the U.S.
